RETURN POLICY

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We want you to have an effortless, awesome and carefree time—every time. So if the gear you bought isn’t putting a big fat smile on your face, you can return it within 30 days of purchase and we’ll give you a refund (with valid proof from your original sales invoice, packing slip or return label). 

Don’t frown if something isn’t what you expected email or call us at 301-830-8753 (M-F 8 am - 4 pm MST) to get a return authorization number. Just have your order ID ready or included in your email. Let’s make all your adventures great.

• All returns must be shipped with a Return Authorization number noted
• All product must be returned in original or unused condition with the product hang tags included
• HMWOutdoors will only honor returns for orders placed on www.hmwoutdoors.com
• Return turn-around time is approximately 1-2 weeks
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return
